Age: 5-6yr old  (vet found she still has some baby teeth, so she is no older than 6)

Breed: Hackney/Arabian

Adoption Fee: $300

Madison is an owner surrender, not much has been done with her.  She currently needs an experienced person to work with her.  She will get worked with up until she is adopted. Will post updates when I can.   

Update 3/25/2010: Madison is up to date on shots, teeth, coggins and farrier.  She does need work with picking up feet and such, we did sedate her this time around for feet as we didnt want to make it overly stressful for her. 

Update 4/7/2010:  Madison now knows how to walk on a lead, lunge, pick up all four feet and pivot her hind end.  She is a VERY smart girl and a joy to work with!

Update 6/22/2010:  Madison has gone backwards a bit, but we are getting back to making progress.  Seems Maddie feels she needs to be in control of every situation and when she feels she has lost that control she gets mad.  She tries to take off running.  We are working with her on giving up that control and be willing to work with us.  She still needs an experienced handler, but in the end she will be a smart, and beautiful HUS or jumping pony.  She just needs someone that will give her the time. 

Update 7/13/2010:  Madison stood for the farrier!!  She was great, got all 4 feet done in about 5-10 minutes, minimal work of making her circle so farrier could do back feet, was amazing to see.  She is such a great horse as long as you stay a strong leader with her.  Here are some updated pics of her in training, sorry they are kind of blurry.  She has accepted the saddle and bit, hope to start riding her soon!

Update 7/25/2010: Rode Madison for the first time, wasn't good or bad, she was getting too worked up with the bugs on her that I didn't get much done, next time will ride in arena.

Age: 2 years old

Adoption Fee: not available at this time, will see how he looks after his 30 day quarantine. Vet will be out on Friday to look him over.   Please still contact me if you're interested!

This is Ranger, he is an owner surrender.  He is 2 years old and said to be green broke.  He is register-able.  Will posted more about him as I get to know.  So far he is very sweet and friendly, just needs some food and a good worming.  Note: He has a large amount of muscle loss, and will take some time to get him to look normal.
